Migraine Treatment for Headache and Neck-Related Concerns

Migraine treatment helps people who notice headaches alongside neck pain, limited movement, posture changes, or muscle tension. The work is not limited to spinal adjustments. It may also include soft tissue therapy, massage therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular therapies.

The key decision is fit. Our team considers your symptoms, health history, movement, and recovery goals before discussing care. If symptoms suggest a problem outside chiropractic care, we may recommend medical evaluation instead.

From the moment I walked in, Dr. Harris and her staff have treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Dr. Harris took the time to explain my injuries, my treatment plan, and what to expect throughout my recovery. She truly cares for her patients like family. I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I have received. Even after my case is over, I plan to continue coming back for my alignments and chiropractic care. Thank you, Dr. Harris and the entire team, for everything you have done for me.

Earlier this year I had a reoccurring injury. It usually flares up every few years, this year it happened twice . The first time ,I went to The Joint and another chiropractor for 2 and a half weeks. I missed almost 2 weeks of work, so in September, it hit again, so I was able to make a Friday appointment. I went in and got a substantial amount relief after one visit. I took 1 day off to get another treatment. I only missed 1 day of work, by my choice. In May with 2 other chiropractors I missed almost 2 weeks. Unless I move, I'M NOT GOING TO ANYONE ELSE!. Dr Harris and her staff was great. I've been to several chiropractors in Georgia and Florida. She is the best that I've had and she gave me countless tips to prevent more painful flare upset. Thank you Doc !

Questions About Migraine Care

Which approaches may help reduce migraines?

Trigger tracking, neck therapy, relaxation training, and a steady sleep routine may support migraine care. Individual response differs, so the first visit reviews health history, symptoms, and movement. Depending on the findings, our team may discuss spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy, massage therapy, therapeutic exercises, or neuromuscular therapy. Arrowhead Clinic Chiropractor Garden City provides this care for patients seeking a personalized plan.

How does the first visit assess migraine-related concerns?

The first visit reviews your health history, headache symptoms, neck movement, posture, and treatment goals. The intake gives our team context before the exam. We then explain the findings and discuss suitable care options. Imaging may be considered when clinically indicated, but patients do not need to wait for records before asking about an appointment.

What should I bring to a migraine appointment?

Health records, imaging, medication details, and a short symptom history can help guide the visit. Note when headaches start, what you notice before them, and how neck movement affects symptoms. Personal injury paperwork may also help when an accident is involved. Our staff can assist with insurance documentation and personal injury claims.

When is chiropractic care not the right fit for a headache?

Chiropractic care is not the right first step when symptoms need urgent medical evaluation. Sudden severe head pain, new neurological changes, fainting, confusion, or serious illness signs need prompt medical attention. For recurring musculoskeletal concerns, our team can review the health history and explain whether chiropractic care fits.

Why might neck therapy be included in migraine care?

Neck therapy may be included when restricted movement, muscle tension, or posture affects the patient’s symptoms. Care can involve soft tissue therapy, massage therapy, therapeutic exercise, or spinal manipulation. The treatment choice follows the examination and health history. We do not promise the same response for every patient.

What changes the cost of migraine care for Migraine Treatment?

The care plan, examination needs, selected therapies, and clinically indicated imaging can change the cost. Our team reviews those details before treatment and provides a free estimate. Insurance documentation assistance is available, but coverage rules depend on the patient’s plan. Ask about the services included in the recommended plan.
