Herniated Disc Treatment in Pooler, Georgia for focused symptom care

Herniated disc treatment is for people whose back pain, sciatica, or movement limits may relate to disc irritation. The main decision is whether a focused assessment fits your symptoms and goals.

Our team reviews your health history, movement, and pain pattern before discussing care. Spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy, therapeutic exercise, or spinal decompression may be considered when they fit the assessment.

This service page focuses on the decision to seek care for disc-related symptoms. It does not promise a fixed result, because individual response differs and some symptoms need medical evaluation beyond chiropractic care.

  • Note when back pain or leg symptoms began.
  • Bring available medical records or imaging.
  • Tell us about numbness, weakness, or changes in movement.
  • Ask which treatment options fit your assessment.
  • Discuss insurance documentation or personal injury claim needs.

Earlier this year I had a reoccurring injury. It usually flares up every few years, this year it happened twice . The first time ,I went to The Joint and another chiropractor for 2 and a half weeks. I missed almost 2 weeks of work, so in September, it hit again, so I was able to make a Friday appointment. I went in and got a substantial amount relief after one visit. I took 1 day off to get another treatment. I only missed 1 day of work, by my choice. In May with 2 other chiropractors I missed almost 2 weeks. Unless I move, I'M NOT GOING TO ANYONE ELSE!. Dr Harris and her staff was great. I've been to several chiropractors in Georgia and Florida. She is the best that I've had and she gave me countless tips to prevent more painful flare upset. Thank you Doc !

Coming into the office, the ladies at the reception desk were very professional and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable about the services that are offer in the office and as well as provided valuable aftercare information. The doctors that offer treatment are very pleasant to speak with and handled each patient with care. As first time patient, the experience overall was very satisfying. I would highly recommend anyone needing care to give the office in Garden City a call or stop by, walk-ins are taken as well. Smile.

Questions about herniated disc care

When should I seek care for a herniated disc?

Nerve irritation with persistent pain, sciatica, muscle spasms, limited mobility, or loss of sensation supports seeking an assessment. Sudden or severe symptoms need prompt medical attention. A health history and movement exam help us understand the pattern. We then explain whether chiropractic care fits or whether another medical evaluation is more appropriate.

Who provides herniated disc treatment for Pooler patients?

Arrowhead Clinic Chiropractor Garden City provides herniated disc treatment for Pooler patients. Our licensed chiropractic professionals assess symptoms and movement before discussing care. Options may include spinal manipulation, decompression, therapeutic exercise, or soft tissue therapy. We also help with insurance documentation and personal injury claims when those needs apply.

What happens during the first appointment for Herniated Disc Treatment?

The first appointment includes a new patient intake, health history, and clinical examination. We ask about pain, sciatica, movement limits, and injury details. Imaging is considered when clinically indicated. After the assessment, we explain findings and discuss a personalized treatment plan that matches your goals.

Which symptoms need extra attention before chiropractic care?

Loss of sensation, sudden weakness, or rapidly changing symptoms need careful medical attention before treatment choices. These signs can point to a problem that needs a broader evaluation. Tell us about all symptoms during scheduling and the intake. We will discuss the safest next step based on the information available.

How does spinal decompression fit disc-related care?

Spinal decompression may fit patients whose assessment supports controlled unloading of the spine. It is one option, not a preset answer for every disc problem. We review symptoms, movement, and treatment goals first. The plan may also include exercise, soft tissue therapy, or other chiropractic care.

What changes the price of this treatment?

The assessment, selected treatment methods, and related rehabilitation needs shape the price. Documentation or claim support may also affect the care discussion. We explain upfront pricing before treatment decisions are made. Ask us for the cost of the specific plan discussed for your symptoms.

Can care include massage and rehabilitation exercises?

Massage therapy and therapeutic exercises may be included when they fit the assessment and recovery goals. Massage addresses soft tissue tension, while exercises support movement and daily function. We select these options after reviewing symptoms and activity limits. The plan can change as progress is reviewed.
